Order Processing Time
We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed at espoirbeauty.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days. Our warehouse ships out orders Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes).

PayPal Shipping Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to update the shipping addresses on their PayPal accounts.
NOTE: We only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. No exceptions.
United States (continental) Shipping
Orders are shipped by USPS and will arrive within four (4) to six (6) business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) including tracking information with USPS Tracking™.
Orders are shipped via Priority Mail Express International™ with delivery in three (3) to five (5) business days including tracking information with USPS Tracking™.
NOTE: Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. International customers may need to pay additional import fees, taxes and customs. Please contact your local Customs office for full details.
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish, etc.), are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
The rates charged for the shipping of all orders are based on the weight of the products purchased and the location in which the order is being shipped to.
Espoir Beauty, Inc. has an obligation to collect sales tax in those states in which we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state to which the product is being shipped.
Espoir Beauty, Inc. charges sales tax on orders delivered to the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas.
If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-450-9433 and we will personally assist you with the processing of your order.
Promotions and Coupon Codes
Espoir Beauty, Inc. offers promotions through emails, catalog mailers and advertisements that include coupon codes for offers.
There may be specific alphanumeric coupon codes associated with Espoir Beauty, Inc. promotions that you can use to redeem the promotions. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). Please note that gift cards are not considered merchandise and do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement. Enter the code in its entirety in the coupon code field on the payment information page during the checkout process. Espoir Beauty, Inc. coupon codes are not case sensitive. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping bag on the order confirmation page. For more details about a specific promotion, you can click on the description link that is provided in your shopping bag. All coupon codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, and cannot be used once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per customer. Excessive abuse or misuse of coupon codes may result in order or item cancellation. Espoir Beauty, Inc. may restrict redemption of promotions and offers to one per customer.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return Process — Purchases from Espoir Beauty Online Shop
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to Exchange:
1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Merchandise Return Form; please remember to include your order number and contact information.
2. An email conformation will be sent to you within five (5) business days upon receipt of your package to confirm your return.
3. An additional email conformation will be sent to you when your replacement item(s) ship.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders received later than thirty (30) days from original purchase date.
Return Process — Purchases from Espoir Beauty Retail Locations
If for any reason your purchase from any of our Espoir Beauty retail locations does not completely satisfy you, please return that item in its original packaging with the receipt and credit card or debit card information used for the purchase to any of our locations. Our knowledgeable store staff will be delighted to assist you in finding a product that better suit your needs.
For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for exchange of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If your shipment is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order:
1. E-mail email@example.com and report the damaged shipment; please remember to include your order number and contact information.
2. Within 24 hours of receipt, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from USPS https://www.usps.com/.
3. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Espoir Beauty, Inc. at the address listed on the package. *Please DO NOT return the order yourself. This will delay your transaction.
