125 ml of milk put four tea bags with bergamot, bring to the boil and infuse for forty minutes. Then remove the tea bag from milk. Add to the milk two eggs, 115 g butter, 150 g sugar, a little baking powder and a Cup of flour. Put into a form and bake. You can prepare a lemon glaze and cover the cake top.
