1.5 kg of beef;
400 g plums with easily detachable stone;
2 glasses of dark beer;
cooking oil for frying;
black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon to taste;
salt to taste.
Cut the beef into wide, flat slices and fry in a pan until light golden brown. Put in a baking dish, add salt and spices.
Remove the bones from the drain, halve them, sprinkle with cinnamon and spread them over the meat with the slice down. Fill the roast with beer, cover the mold with foil and place in a preheated oven. After an hour and a half, remove the foil and let it brown for another half hour.

You will need:
5-6 balls of mozzarella;

a bunch of fresh basil with green leaves;
a bunch of parsley;
2 tbsp. l olive oil;
1 tsp apple or wine vinegar;
salt to taste.
Remove the seeds from the plums, cut into slices. Grind the breast into cubes and fry in a pan with a drop of vegetable oil. Tear lettuce leaves, cut basil and parsley, put them in a bowl.
Prepare a dressing of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt, pour her a salad with herbs, mix. Place plum slices, brisket cubes, mozzarella balls on the leaves. If the balls are large, cut them in half.
The final mixing takes place in a plate, immediately before use.
Small plums, in which it is difficult to pull out a stone, are best used for making jelly.

400 g of plums;
2 tbsp. l potato starch;
sugar to taste.
Pour plums with water and put the pan on the fire. After boiling, let them cook for 25-30 minutes. Then carefully strain the broth through a colander to get rid of unnecessary pulp and seeds. Try it and if it is too sour, add a little sugar.
Dilute the starch in half a glass of boiled water. Return the pan to the stove and wait for it to boil. Pour the starch solution into boiling jelly, stir and wait until thickened.
