Salmon in Japanese

Dry 1 kg salmon fillet with paper towels. Divide into 4 portions, season with salt and pepper.

In a large preheated skillet, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Put the fish and fry at low heat 5-6 minutes. Then gently flip it over to the other side and also fry for 5-6 minutes. Remove and allow to drain oil.

Cut into small cubes 1 cucumber and pulp of 1 avocado. Chop 7-8 green onion.

800 g of cooked rice, divide into 4 portions. Put chopped vegetables on top of rice.

Add the roasted salmon. Pour the dish with 0.5 Cup teriyaki sauce (sold in supermarkets) and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. of toasted sesame seeds. Serve.

Japanese soup ramen

Put in a bowl 0,5 kg minced pork. Stir in salt, pepper, and then knead the mince and shape of a small balls-meatballs.

In a saucepan, pour 3 cups of water. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, toss in 2 chopped cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp ginger root, grated on a fine grater. Bring it to boil.

In boiling water put the meatballs, lower the heat and cook them until tender (about 10 minutes). Then sprinkle in there is 170 g of noodles, add 1 carrot cut in fine strips and 0.5 Cup of peas. Cook a few minutes until soft noodle. The soup should be thick.

Pour it on plates and sprinkle each serving with chopped vegetables: cilantro, green onion and chili pepper.
