Baked salmon with fruit salsa
In a small bowl mix 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar. To prepare a carcass of a salmon: rinse, dry with paper towel and divide the fillet into 4 portions (each of about 160-180 g). Fish season with salt and pepper, and then pour lemon juice. Spread in a greased refractory form. Bake in a preheated 200 °C oven for 15-20 minutes. Boil 450 g brown rice.
To prepare salsa. For it will need to be cleaned and finely chop 1 mango, papaya 0.5, 1 bulb onion. Chop a bunch of cilantro, mix with fruit, pour 4-5 tbsp lemon juice.
Serve fish with salsa and warm rice.
